The Family Life Center (FLC) is the central hub
of our recreation programs and special events.
God has blessed us
with this beautiful facility
and we want
to use it to bring honor and glory
to His name.
The FLC is open to members of the church as
well as
to members of the local community.

The Family Life Center policy booklet covers the rules and regulations for the recreation lobby, gymnasium, and the fitness room. Families are welcome to come and spend
time with each other in a Christian environment during the posted hours of operation.
- Family Life Center (FLC) hours are posted on the FLC door
and at the registration desk.
- All FLC participants are required to sign in at the registration
desk before using the facilities.

Membership Registration and Fees
Fees for using the FLC and/or attending the aerobics classes are $5 per person
per
month for members
of our church and $10 per person per month for non-members.
To join, please complete
a FLC Registration Form and return it, along with your
registration fee(s) to the FLC reception desk
or to the church office. Contact the
church office for special "family" discount rates.

Christian Aerobics & Exercise
"Christian Aerobics" is offered in the FLC to youth and adults on Monday and
Thursday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 pm. This class features Christian music and
is led by a fitness instructor.
"Senior Adult Exercise" meets in the FLC on Monday and Wednesday mornings
beginning at 10:30 am. The class is tailored to the needs of our senior adults and
is led by a fitness instructor.
The Fitness Room The fitness room is equipped with over 580 square feet of Nautilus equipment and commercial treadmills including.
- One elliptical machine
- One recumbent exercise bike
- Two commercial-grade Lifestyle treadmills
- Individual circuit Nautilus machines that work the upper
and
lower leg
muscles, lower and upper back muscles,
abdominal
muscles, the chest
and shoulder muscles,
and the arm muscles.
The seats are adjustable
and these
machines are designed to
give
you a smooth, complete workout.
The fitness room is open for use by church members as well as to the community.
Users are required to complete a registration form and pay a small monthly membership fee to use the room. An orientation of the fitness room is given after registration to
ensure proper use of the equipment to help prevent workout injuries.
 The Gymnasium
The gymnasium is the hub for activity in the Family Life Center. On Sundays and Wednesdays it is used for children and youth recreation. It is also used for Upward Basketball practice and games, volleyball, church fellowships, daycare classes,
dinner theaters, and many other programs and activities throughout the year.
The Recreation Lobby The recreation lobby is filled with fun and exciting games. Air hockey, billiards, table tennis, and foosball are fun for the entire family. Water fountains and drink machines
are also located in the recreation lobby.
